Make Eye-Grabbing Titles
Your video could be one of the most helpful and informative videos on YouTube. But if it doesn’t have an eye-grabbing title, it’s never going to be seen. As such, when making titles for your YouTube videos, you need to think outside of the box.
There are probably hundreds of videos titled “How to Make Pizza”. Yours needs to be more elaborate, more provocative, or more mysterious.
For instance, your title could be “How to Make a Pizza That . . .”. A title like this creates intrigue, baiting the viewer into clicking on your vehicle.
Or, you could title it something like “Want to Make a Pro-Level Pizza? Watch this Video!”. This presents your video as being something more than the typical “How to Make a Pizza” video. It draws the viewer in, making him or her believe that he or she is going to learn something special.
Get the Thumbnail Right
The thumbnail of your video is just as important as its title. An intriguing thumbnail will draw viewers in. A boring thumbnail will reap no benefit whatsoever.
Now, the question is: what makes a good thumbnail? The answer: points of accentuation.
Instead of just posting a still frame of your video, edit it with overlays such as arrows, circles, and boxes. Use these overlays to highlight certain portions of your thumbnails, creating intrigue and mystery in the process.

Publish Videos Consistently
One of the most important things to do to ensure your success on YouTube is to publish videos consistently. Failure to publish videos on a consistent basis will make it almost impossible for you to gain a regular audience. And if you can’t gain a regular audience, you’ll never be able to grow.
At the very least, you should be publishing once weekly. That said, two or three times a week is a better bet.
Make Valuable Content
The single most important thing to do is to make valuable and interesting content. While there is a place for vloggers who do nothing more than talk about their lives, your business’s YouTube page is not that place.
Your responsibility is to display your authority within your industry. This can be done by answering common questions, creating useful how-tos, and demonstrating expert-level techniques.
