ENSO Health came to us looking to launch their holistic Alzheimer’s cognitive decline program with an event. They had the venue, speakers, and program ready but needed a proper event funnel and structure to capture leads and get them to the event which was scheduled in less then 4 weeks from our initial consult.
We created an intricate funnel map which included a pre-qualifying quiz as they had a targeted demographic and knew exactly what kind of client they wanted at the event. The goal wasn’t to just fill the seats, but to have clients who were the best fit for their program. We also created an email drip campaign, event registration platform, sales and thank you video scripts, as well as print and email invitations.
The first step in the project was to create the branding and develop the landing page funnel as seen below.
Once we designed and configured the funnel we created the quiz strategy sequence for pre-qualifying leads, as seen below.
Lastly we implemented a google/search lead generation strategy which resulted in driving over 40 qualified leads, and overall we captured 700 leads for the event and built their list database for future events and promotions.
