We started by listening to what was most important to the client. They wanted participants at their event, but also showcasing the high end feel of the brand. We created a custom designed brochure to showcase the project and amenities as seen below.
Next we created a custom landing page to encourage interested investors to sign up for an exclusive launch event that would strengthen the economy in the local community with more students, jobs, and opportunity.

We promoted the event with email drip campaigns, social media, and lead generation successfully generating over 1200 prospects to attend the event and invest in this exciting opportunity.

We then created a custom Facebook lead generation campaign utilizing both image and video ads (seen below) along with re-targeting those potential buyers with unique selling feature ads.

Two weeks before the event we created print advertisements (seen below) in the Globe and Mail along with the Toronto Star publications to create urgency and immediate attention to the event. This strategy increased website visits and ultimately their sales potential by growing their list.
Launching the #1 Student Housing Development in Canada. We created an exclusive event funnel and lead generation strategy that generated over 1200 leads for the event in under 4 weeks. The first phase of the project nearly sold out at the event.
