Southern Ontario Dental College was struggling to get new students to enroll in their Dental Hygienist and Dental Assisting programs when they first came to us in 2018. We put together a plan which included a complete website redesign, social media strategy, free downloads for list building, and a lead generation program with our sister company SalesBooster.
The first step was to create a new website showcasing the school and opportunities to attend SODC, along with 3 free PDF downloads for list building of each program.
Next we launched the website with an SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategy along with social media and lead generation so potential students could find the college faster on both social media and search engines like Google.
In the first two months of launching the new website and 3 free PDF downloads we generated close to 200 new leads. Within the first month of launching our SalesBooster program we generated more than 140 new leads, with an average cost per lead of $7.32 – this was far surpassed what the college had typically seen in the past with their previous agency.
The college has since been granted approval by the dental colleges governing body to double its enrollment to 72 students per class. It is booked solid for 2019 and Spring 2020 and now advertising enrollment applications for Fall 2020.
